హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు! నీ చదువులో చూపిన ప్రతిభకు గుర్తింపుగా ఈ పురస్కారాన్ని అందిస్తున్నాము.
Heartfelt congratulations. This award is given in recognition of the ability you have shown in your studies.
ఈ పురస్కారం శ్రీమతి యెల్లుమహంతి భువనేశ్వరి దేవి గారి స్మృతిలో అందించబడుతోంది. ఆమె తన జీవితాన్ని ఉపాధ్యాయ వృత్తికి అంకితం చేశారు. విద్యకు ఎంతో విలువ ఇచ్చారు. విద్యార్థులు బాగా చదివి జీవితంలో ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని ఎప్పుడూ కోరుకునేవారు.
It is given in memory of Smt. Yellumahanti Bhuvaneswari Devi, who gave her life to teaching. She valued education greatly, and always wished for her students to study well and go forward in life.
ఆమె జీవితంలో పాటించిన, మాకు నేర్పిన కొన్ని విలువలను ఈ సందర్భంగా నీతో పంచుకోవాలనుకుంటున్నాము.
On this occasion we would like to share with you some of the values she lived by, and taught us.
ఎప్పుడూ ఒక లక్ష్యం పెట్టుకో
ఏ పని చేస్తున్నా నీ ముందు ఒక లక్ష్యం ఉండాలి. దానిని సాధించడానికి పట్టుదలగా కృషి చేయాలి. ఒక లక్ష్యం పూర్తయితే అక్కడితో ఆగిపోకుండా, మరో లక్ష్యాన్ని పెట్టుకుని ముందుకు సాగాలి.
Always have a goal. Whatever you are doing, keep a goal in front of you, and work at it with persistence. When one goal is finished, do not stop there — set another and keep going.
చదువుకు ఎప్పుడూ విలువ ఇవ్వు
చదువు జీవితంలో ఎంతో ముఖ్యమైనది. ఎంత ఎదిగినా నేర్చుకోవడం ఆపకూడదు. నీకు వచ్చిన అవకాశాన్ని సద్వినియోగం చేసుకుని, శ్రద్ధగా చదివి మరింత ముందుకు వెళ్లడానికి ప్రయత్నించు.
Always value learning. Education matters greatly in life. However far you rise, do not stop learning. Make good use of the chance you have been given.
డబ్బు విలువ తెలుసుకో
ఎంత సంపాదించినా, ఎంత ఉన్నత స్థాయికి ఎదిగినా డబ్బును అనవసరంగా వృథా చేయకూడదు. అవసరాన్ని తెలుసుకుని, ఆలోచించి ఖర్చు చేయాలి. అలాగే ఆహారాన్ని ఎప్పుడూ వృథా చేయకూడదు.
Know the value of money — and never waste food. However much you earn, however high you rise, money should not be wasted. Understand what is needed, and spend with thought. Food, in the same way, should never be wasted.
ఎప్పుడూ నిజాయితీతో ఉండి, సరైనదాని కోసం నిలబడాలి
తప్పు అని తెలిసిన పనిని ఎప్పుడూ చేయకూడదు. పరిస్థితులు ఎలా ఉన్నా, సరైనదని తెలిసిన మార్గం నుంచి తప్పుకోకుండా నిజాయితీగా ఉండాలి. అవసరమైనప్పుడు సరైనదాని కోసం ధైర్యంగా నిలబడాలి.
Be honest, and stand up for what is right. Do not do what you know to be wrong. Whatever the circumstances, do not step away from the path you know to be right, and stand up for it when it is needed.
తల్లిదండ్రులను, గురువులను గౌరవించు
నీ ఎదుగుదలలో నీ తల్లిదండ్రులు, గురువులు అందించే సహాయాన్ని గుర్తుంచుకో. వారి పాత్ర అపారమైనది. వారి సహకారం, మార్గదర్శకత్వం ఎప్పుడూ గుర్తుంచుకుని, కృతజ్ఞతతో ఉండాలి.
Respect your parents and your teachers. Remember what your parents and your teachers give you as you grow. Their part in it is immense. Keep respect and gratitude towards them always.
భువనేశ్వరి దేవి గారు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం ఉపాధ్యాయ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన విద్యార్థులను, తన తండ్రి, ఉపాధ్యాయులైన శ్రీ యెల్లుమహంతి నరసింహ మూర్తి పాత్రో గారి స్మృతిలో ప్రోత్సహించేవారు.
Every year on Teachers’ Day, Bhuvaneswari Devi used to encourage the students who had done well, in memory of her own father and teacher, Sri Yellumahanti Narasimha Murthy Patro.
ఆమె ప్రారంభించిన ఆ మంచి సంప్రదాయాన్ని ఇప్పుడు ఆమె స్మృతిలో కొనసాగించడం మా గౌరవంగా భావిస్తున్నాము.
We consider it an honour to continue that good tradition she began, now in her memory.
